As a certified Health & Life Coach, I will help you understand the powerful link between what you eat and how you feel. We’ll create a personalized plan that fuels your body, balances your energy, supports your mental health, and helps you handle life’s challenges with more ease.

Combined with simple but effective techniques, like mindfulness, relaxation practices, and creating better work-life balance, you’ll gain the tools to feel more in control, more energized, and more at peace.   • 6 Weeks – $300

  • 8 Weeks – $400

  • 12 Weeks – $600

Department Wellness Programs

Bring coaching directly to your team. Programs are designed for groups of up to 20 officers. 

  • 6 Weeks – $3,000 + $150 per additional officer

  • 8 Weeks – $4,000 + $200 per additional officer

  • 12 Weeks – $6,000 + $ 250 per additional officer

(Customized pricing available for larger departments or extended programs.)​
